The Welcoming Rose

The white rambling rose that spills over Pippins’ garden fence has truly outdone itself this year! Covered in blooms and carrying a wonderful scent, it’s the first cheerful hello to greet you as you arrive. Beyond the rose itself, the garden has felt especially vibrant so far this year. Flowers up the steps have burst into bloom, adding splashes of colour and softness all around the cottage. It’s been one of those years where everything seems to flourish at once, with new flowers opening almost daily.
